About the event
Meet in the Hilton Lobby at 1 PM to be escorted to the Stanford Court Hotel on Nob Hill, or meet Ron there at 1:30 pm. You may consider riding the historic San Francisco Cable Car up California Street to our starting point. For years this was the neighborhood of the rich and famous. The Stanfords, Huntingtons, Hopkins, and Crocker Mansions stood high on a hill overlooking the City, below. Ron will tell stories of greed, murder, and spite as we walk this still-ritzy neighborhood. The walk is easy with just one slight grade to navigate.
